Thank you for shopping with Retrobellion! We take pride in the quality of our retro-inspired apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ve made our return and exchange process simple and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Returns ✅

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

    • In their original condition

    • With all tags and packaging intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Digital products or gift cards

  • Customized or personalized apparel

How to Start a Return 🔄

  1. Contact us at support@retrobellion.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Important: We do not accept returns without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs 📦

  • Domestic Returns (U.S.):

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    • We recommend using USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking.

  • International Returns:

    • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

Exchanges 🔁

Need a different size, color, or style?

  • Contact us at support@retrobellion.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are processed once we receive your original item.

  • If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit or a refund.

Refunds 💵

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Final Sale Items 🚫

Some items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Clearance & final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-designed or personalized apparel
